Why Vote No on the recall?

With 86,000 students and a $1 billion budget, the Jefferson County Public School system is among the largest K-12 districts in Colorado. We are also the county’s largest employer. The majority of our taxpayers have no children in school, yet their tax revenue is critical in supporting ongoing operations.  It follows, naturally, that the voters should have a voice in how their money is used to educate our children.
